As the first authorized representative of the British Assessment & Development Consultants a&dc Ltd. in Turkey, Assessment Solutions implements, with its competent consultancy team, Assessment and Development Centres for a wide range of business sectors and employee work levels, tailored uniquely for the needs and requirements of its partners.
Since 2005, KRM uses a&dc exercises in Turkey, and the exercises are customized for 12 different sectors and 10 different functions.
In 2017, PSI, a company that leads the assessment and evaluation exercises with more than 70 years worth of experience in the sector, acquired a&dc and by this means, a&dc has widened its spectrum of evaluation tools and know-how. PSI Talent Measurement UK yet already has one of the richest evaluation tool portfolios for Assessment and Development Centres in the world. The tools are all designed by industrial psychologists, and its credibility and reliability are already tested.
Assessment Solutions provides its partners exercises and simulations needed for selection and recruitment processes, promotions, training requirement analysis, talent management and career planning. It also supports them on project basis providing and implementing various measurement and evaluation tools including Competency and Personality Inventories, etc.
Assessment Solutions offers Assessor Skills Training, certified by PSI Talent Measurement UK, to its partners to help them develop their own Assessors and provides them with a&dc exercises. The training is approved by the British Psychological Society and it is provided either in open classes or special classes customized for specific companies. The companies hire the licensed exercises for single in-house implementations for the special classes.
