What are Assessment and Development centres?

An Assessment Centre is an integrated system designed with the objective of exposing the behaviours expected to lead to success at the assigned/targeted task so that the behavioural competencies of the individual will be observed. A Development Centre is a system which makes use of the Assessment Centre in identifying both strengths and improvement areas of the employees to determine development requirements for a more effective job performance.
