All of Talogy’s assessment tools are designed by industrial psychologists and have completed validity and reliability studies. Talogy exercises, which have been used by KRM in various industries in Turkey since 2005, include content specialized for 12 different sectors and 10 functions.

In order to train in-house assessors, we provide the Assessor Skills training certified by Talogy and approved by the British Psychological Society, either open to general participation or customized for organizations upon request. Companies that receive this training can rent licensed exercises for single-use applications in their internal projects.

We use Psytech’s psychometric assessment tools. Psytech International has extensive global experience, having been used in the evaluation of millions of individuals worldwide, and supports organizations in making data-driven human resources decisions.
