Assessor Skills Training
Participants who complete the training program certified by our global partner Talogy gain behavioral assessment skills and become qualified to serve as assessors in Assessment and Development Center applications. The certification is approved by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is internationally recognized.
Purpose of the Training
The program is designed to enable organizations to manage assessment and evaluation processes with internal resources by developing in-house assessors for Assessment and Development Center applications. It aims to equip participants with behavioral evaluation skills.
Certificate
Participants who successfully complete the full program and pass the final assessment are entitled to receive a Talogy certificate. The certification is approved by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is internationally recognized.

Human Resources managers and specialists in organizations; all functional managers who conduct interviews, manage performance, and carry out assessments.
Cancellation & Postponement Terms
Assessment Solutions reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training due to force majeure. In the event that the training date is postponed, registrations and payments made will be retained with the same rights for the rescheduled training. If the new dates are not suitable for the participant, the paid amount will be refunded and the registration will be cancelled. In case Assessment Solutions cancels the training due to force majeure, the participant will be fully refunded.
After registration and payment, participants may cancel their registration with a refund based on their own preference, provided that the request is made at least 7 (seven) business days before the training date. To do so, an email must be sent to info@assessmentsolutions.com.tr within the specified period, including the invoice number of the relevant training and the reason for cancellation. For requests made less than 7 business days before the training, no refund will be issued even if the participant does not attend.
